The Hub is a private marketplace for verified Taft School students to buy and sell items with each other and message to arrange an in-person handoff. The Hub never handles money — buyers and sellers settle in person with cash or Venmo.

Common questions

How do I report a listing or user?

Open any listing, profile, or chat, tap the "•••" menu, and choose Report. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it breaks the rules, and we may remove users who post objectionable content or harass others.

How do I block someone?

From a user's profile or a chat, tap the "•••" menu and choose Block. You'll no longer see each other or be able to message.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, listings, and messages.

Is it safe to buy and sell?

The Hub connects students and lets them chat — it doesn't inspect, verify, or take part in any sale. Meet in a public spot on campus, check what you're buying, and use common sense. Any deal is solely between you and the other student.

Does The Hub take payments?

No. There are no in-app payments. Buyers and sellers arrange and settle everything in person.
